SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL POLICY; We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 90 days from your initial purchase.
LATE AND CANCELLATION POLICY; We do our best to run on time for all of our guests. If you are going to be late please call us so we can adjust our clients. Should you be more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require 24 hours notice, should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice it will result in a 50% automatic charge of the service you booked.
